April 20 Need for Speed

The Need for Speed is rescheduled for Apr 20- Deadline April 15 no new swimmers will be added after this date.

This Need for Speed is redesigned and includes more fun for the swimmers with fun prizes! (The June Need for Speed includes awards!) There is a $5.00 fee for this event that will be added to your next invoice.

The Need for Speed event is a fun event for swimmers in Mighty and Mini marlins. This is an opportunity for them to experience competition like setup, informally, at our pool, with events tailored to the level of swimmers.  Swimmers will compete in short events based on what they had been working on in practices. Our older swimmers will volunteer to help them through the process and to record their results. These times are unofficial but help us teach the kids what competitive swimming is like and to see what needs to be worked on. There are no rankings or awards, simply an opportunity to look for self improvement and have fun!

Swimmers should be on deck at the Summit Centre at 415 PM and we will finish at 6 PM. Please declare your availability on our website. We look forward to seeing your swimmers show their stuff!
